What areas of Canada do you service or sell in?
Currently, we provide service to British Columbia, only.
What is your Privacy Policy's?
Without privacy & discretion we would not stay in business.
Therefore we take privacy very seriously, as it is one of our Core Values.

Do you provide any information on how to use the products?
Instructions are usually provided by the manufacture.
However we will be providing a brief overview of how some of the items are used in our blog articles.
When can I expect the delivery of my order?
Your order will be prepared for shipping the same day or the following business day.
For Metro Vancouver & Fraser Valley, BC. expected delivery is within 2 to 4 business days on most products. Some Apparel may be 4-8 business days
The rest of British Columbia, expected deliver is 4-6 business days, on most products. Some Apparel may be 4-8 business days,
Do you provide discreet packaging and billing?
Yes, all orders from The Naughty & Nice District have discreet packaging and billing. The packaging is always unassuming with no label or marking that could expose the content inside.
Your credit card statement will show a transaction for The N&N.
What is the shipping cost?
Free shipping is available for all orders above $69 and up for British Columbia, Canada. Orders under $69, the standard shipping charges are $14.99. If you opt for Xpress Shipping, your shipping charges will be $21.99.
What is the return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of the products, return or exchange are only available for defective or damaged products during delivery. You cannot return or exchange any product which is intended to have direct contact with a body part or body fluids.
If you have ordered the wrong product, you can return it, providing it's sealed packaging. * you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. via email: info@naughtyandnice district.ca

What steps should I take if I receive a defective item?
In the event you receive a faulty or defective item, please let us know right away so that we can make things right.
Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to learn the specific steps and check your eligibility.

We will request images and/or video to understand the issue, which will help us remedy the matter as soon as possible.
How can I either cancel my order or modify the delivery address?
We can not modify the delivery address once the order has been placed and shipped. Please recheck and confirm your order details at checkout to avoid any issues.
